Jared McCaskill
President

Mr. McCaskill founded NoVa Lining Company LLC in September of 2011. He was on the cutting edge of the trenchless market from the onset of the company being founded.

Mr. McCaskill was previously a United States Coast Guard Licensed charter boat captain spending his days taking clients up to 100 miles out in the ocean after big game fishing species such as marlin and tuna. 

In his free time he can be found with his son Cullen at the outer banks fishing both near and ofshore.

Jorge Mazo
Chef Operations Officer

Mr. Mazo was a Marine for 8 years and served in Afghanistan on the front lines as a helicopter mechanic ensuring that all jobs done would get his troops home safely from the field.

Jorge used his extensive mechanical and management skills to quickly rise within the government/municipal utility construction sector. He went from locating and air excavation n the field to project manager to then finally end up handling all of NoVa Lining Company LLC's operations.

Mr Mazo enjoys his six children and dog Keno in his free time and is a loving father and teacher.
