In Pipe Camera Inspection

High-Definition imagery allows precision solutions to avoid needless costs.

We fix these problems

Our common solutions

Snaking and Jetting without camera or low-definition camera causing more damage

Companies that should be helping solve the problem blindly cutting on the pipe and making the situation worse. Another backup is imminent when debris cut free is not properly flushed from the system and problems not identified with low-definition camera or no camera at all.

Avoidable expensive sewer excavations

Just as you thought your backup was going to be fixed the company tells you that the sewer is now collapsed and you're going to have to dig it up at an astronomical cost.

Bottom of the pipe missing or gone

In our experience this is likely not the case and a cheap sales tactic scaring you into costly excavation. Inferior cameras make normal rust deposits and buildup look as if the bottom is gone.

Precision Drain cleaning with high-definition optics to renew pipe efficiency and flow.

High-definition cameras allow us to safely cut and completely flush the system of debris. No risk of damage with high-definition video recording all cutting and cleaning done.

High-definition camera inspections Identify problems.

High-definition camera inspection identifying problems with incredible clarity and avoiding costly excavation by providing 100 percent trenchless solutions. Be wary of anyone pushing emergency excavation without a clear picture of what's going on.

high-definition cameras Identify tuberculation, grease and scale deposits.

Our high-definition cameras identify ridges of tuberculation and scale that often give the appearance of a missing bottom of the pipe in inferior cameras. We can then provide precision cleaning methods that can be viewed with our high-definition cameras and provide a fix with no excavation necessary.

The NoVa lining process for In Pipe Camera Inspection

Replace this content in a similar format explaining the model above

1. phone conversation to set appointment and fact finding

  • The first time that you contact us we will ask you questions like
  • Has the line been snaked recently?
  • how recent did it backup and how often?
  • Has a camera inspection been performed and if so can you provide us a copy of the video?
  • Once we have requested this information, we will then schedule a full assessment.

2.estimate visit with camera investigation with pipe assessment initial video

  • This is $350 investigation (note, we are always willing to share those videos for free)
  • - we identify where exactly the pipe(s) run
  • - how to access the pipe
  • - if possible the current condition
  • - any major issues with roots, offset joints (where pipes are separating), tuberculation (iron cast pipes rusting inwards and mineral deposits)
  • - initial fact finding and probable approach discussed.

3. We present you your options

  • we make a proposal where you get your options to renew your sewer on paper
  • including trade offs between only cleaning now and price difference for lining

3A. We potentially add clean out points

  • - (give description of a trenchless clean out point, = secondary access point outside the home so that all work can be done from one access point outside the home) <picture + link to service point>

3B. We potentially potential clean out / air excavation

  • if due to debris or obstruction the interior access insufficient (tees into mainline, too many terms, limited access for the equipment...

3C. We potential perform a second assessment 'can we do lining' - with 2nd video

  • potential second assessment 'can we do lining' - with 2nd video
  • now that the pipe is clean we can do final assessment on how to continue
  • remember in 19% of the cases the pipes can be so damaged that we need to excavate some, or all of the line. Sadly we can not line a collapsed section and in that case will have to dig it up.

3D. Based on this second assessment we present you options

  • lining or, in X% of the cases, excavation, or pipe bursting (explain)
  • link to video where excavation vs. pipe bursting is explained (note, we strongly prefer to avoid this situation but have a sister company that can do this, we would manage it for your ease).
  • if so we do a requote for the trenching or pipe bursting

4. We do the work (see service + image)

  •  this includes the sticker to prevent plumbers from damaging the lining later on
  • 3rd in pipe video after lining
  • quality control to see if everything looks alright, we share this video

5. Final paperwork and Invoice

  • this includes our warranty, final video
