Drain Cleaning and Emergency Sewer Cleaning

We Remove the blockage from your sewer without creating further damage.

We fix these problems

Our common solutions

Blockage causing sewer backup.

Nobody wants to replace hardwood floors and drywall. Sewage is dangerous and can spread disease. Even the relatively minor inconvenience that you can't use your toilet or shower just sucks.

Cast Iron pipes diameter restricted.

Pipe flow reduced and will ultimately lead to a costly blockage. Cast iron pipes are continually forming rust. Just like if you threw a metal wrench outside it would rust, that's what's happening inside of your pipe.

Damage caused by emergency sewer cleaning companies.

Blockages may be removed but debris has been cut from your line that will lead to additional blockages. Iron debris blocks the pipe, and you are told that the pipe must be excavated because its collapsed and its simply full of debris that wasn't properly flushed from the sewer system. Pipe breaks and collapses necessitating excavation because of blind cutting techniques.

Remove the blockage

Root intrusion, grease and hard rust deposits in Cast iron cleared without damage to the pipe. Pipe restored to normal state and can be used without fear of another immediate backup. Pipes can be cleaned to "Lining Standard" where radius and flow are completely restored to like new condition.

Increased flow and no backups

Pipe diameter restored to when the sewer line was first put in the ground. No more costly backups. Increased flow leads to no further issues.

Proper pipe cleaning without damaging the pipe

Precision cutting tools used while watching with camera to provide next level pipe restoration. Pipe type specific tools to prevent over cutting can damage from occurring. Not all tools are equal, and many tools can damage pipes further, beware of inferior equipment. We only use the best pipe specific precision carbide cutting tools to accomplish the job with no fear of damage.

How our Sewer Cleaning process works

1. First and foremost we put a CCTV Camera in the sewer Line

  • Look before you leap smart approach to drain cleaning, all of our crews are equipped with high-definition cameras to identify.
  • Has the line been snaked recently?
  • how recent did it backup and how often?
  • Has a camera inspection been performed and if so can you provide us a copy of the video?
  • Once we have requested this information, we will then schedule a full assessment.

2.estimate visit with camera investigation with pipe assessment initial video

  • This is $350 investigation (note, we are always willing to share those videos for free)
  • - we identify where exactly the pipe(s) run
  • - how to access the pipe
  • - if possible the current condition
  • - any major issues with roots, offset joints (where pipes are separating), tuberculation (iron cast pipes rusting inwards and mineral deposits)
  • - initial fact finding and probable approach discussed.

3. We present you your options

  • we make a proposal where you get your options to renew your sewer on paper
  • including trade offs between only cleaning now and price difference for lining

3A. We potentially add clean out points

  • - (give description of a trenchless clean out point, = secondary access point outside the home so that all work can be done from one access point outside the home) <picture + link to service point>

3B. We potentially potential clean out / air excavation

  • if due to debris or obstruction the interior access insufficient (tees into mainline, too many terms, limited access for the equipment...

3C. We potential perform a second assessment 'can we do lining' - with 2nd video

  • potential second assessment 'can we do lining' - with 2nd video
  • now that the pipe is clean we can do final assessment on how to continue
  • remember in 19% of the cases the pipes can be so damaged that we need to excavate some, or all of the line. Sadly we can not line a collapsed section and in that case will have to dig it up.

3D. Based on this second assessment we present you options

  • lining or, in X% of the cases, excavation, or pipe bursting (explain)
  • link to video where excavation vs. pipe bursting is explained (note, we strongly prefer to avoid this situation but have a sister company that can do this, we would manage it for your ease).
  • if so we do a requote for the trenching or pipe bursting

4. We do the work (see service + image)

  •  this includes the sticker to prevent plumbers from damaging the lining later on
  • 3rd in pipe video after lining
  • quality control to see if everything looks alright, we share this video

5. Final paperwork and Invoice

  • this includes our warranty, final video
